Q: What is you shipping timeline?
A: All items are personally curated or handmade on demand, so we generally require 1-5 business days to fulfill your order, prior to shipping.
Q: Can you offer some candle care advice?
A: Absolutely! All our candles are made with 100% natural vegan soy wax and wooden wicks, which means they are non-toxic, clean burning and provide a delightful crackling sound while lit. Phthalate-free high-quality fragrance oils are selected to create a soothing ambience.
*Ensure your wooden wick is always trimmed to about 0.5cm or 1/4" before each burn. When the candle is no longer warm, you can use your fingers to break away the charred bits & dispose of them or you can also look for curved wick trimmers which are inexepnsive and useful.
*Always burn your candle in a draft free area and on a heat resistant flat surface, away from pets an children or anything that might catch fire.
*Try to achieve a full melt pool (liquid wax on top from edge to edge) each time you burn your candle, which should happen in 1-2 hours. This will avoid tunneling
*Never burn your candle for longer than 3 hours at a time or when less than 1cm or 1.2" wax remains in the bottom
*Keep wick bits, match ends and other foreign objects out of the wax pool
*Never leave a burning candle unattended
*An uneven surface is not unusual with soy wax, as it is a more natural wax than the more commonly used paraffin products in most stores.
*Take care when extinguishing your candle not to blow hot wax out of the vessel.
Q: Do you have a refill program for your candles?
A: No, we encourage the recycling or upcycling of our empty candle tins (once cleaned out!) to be repurposed to hold life's little treasures. It's believed the heat from burning your candle can weaken a vessel, so we feel it safer not to reuse vessels for candles.
Q: What can I do if my candle isn't lighting or burning well.
A: While our candles have been thoroughly tested, every now & again one is stubborn. We suggest trying to light is at an angle, and giving it a little time to warm up. Natural wood wicks can be a little finnicky!
